The site was previously amenity and car parking to the existing flat development in Gubbins Lane. The proposed development consisted of a two-storey building providing 2 two bedroom self-contained residential flat units.
The new structure was designed to have external materials all to match the existing flat development in Gubbins Lane with the front elevation designed to have a similar appearance to the existing adjacent dwellings to the side road.
Part of the existing car parking area was reconfigured to provide the required site area for this development.
